While we work with multiple nurseries across Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland to bring you the very best plants, our nursery is not open to the public. We’re dedicated to providing the convenience of online shopping with the benefit of expert sourcing. We are happy to send you photos/videos or even FaceTime you to show you the stock we have and let you pick out the perfect plant.

For plants currently in stock, we’re pleased to offer same-day delivery (weekdays only), provided delivery is available for your address at checkout, and the order is placed by 10am.

If a plant isn’t in stock, don’t worry! We can usually source it within a week. As soon as it’s ready, we’ll contact you to arrange either pick-up or delivery.

If the plant you’ve purchased is a seasonal plant and happens to be out of stock, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss your options. You can choose a suitable substitution or opt for a full refund. For seasonal trees with limited availability, we also display a warning message on the product page to keep you informed.

For larger plants or bulk orders of smaller plants, that aren't covered in our check out, we deliver using specialist plant delivery trucks. Our service covers:

• Wollongong to Sunshine Coast, QLD
• Sydney to Canberra, Goulburn, and Bega

Delivery costs for these orders are individually quoted based on your location and order size.
