We’re proud to offer this rare collection of seed-grown Japanese Maples, each with its own unique character, colour, and growth potential. Unlike grafted varieties, these trees are grown from seed, meaning every one is genetically distinct — a true one-of-a-kind.
This seed-grown maple features lush, deep green foliage with classic, finely serrated leaves. It has a strong, upright central trunk reaching just over 900mm, with a beautifully balanced structure supported by two prominent lateral offshoots — one of which extends to approximately 1100mm in height. Smaller secondary branches add gentle complexity, suggesting a well-formed canopy as it matures. A standout option for collectors looking for elegant structure and clean, vibrant growth.
Each tree in this collection has its own natural variation in growth habit, leaf shape, colour patterns, and seasonal changes. It’s an exciting opportunity to own a Japanese Maple that no one else has — with the possibility of discovering something truly exceptional.
Every tree has been individually photographed and filmed, so the one you see is exactly the one you’ll receive.
Japanese Maples are deciduous trees, which means they lose their leaves in autumn and winter. As the seasons change, the foliage will naturally begin to turn brown and crisp before dropping entirely. This is a normal and healthy part of their cycle. During winter, the trees will be bare, but this is actually the best time to plant. Cooler conditions reduce stress and allow the root system to settle in and establish, setting the stage for strong, healthy growth when spring arrives.
