Acer Palmatum 'Pixie' (Pixie Japanese Maple) is a compact and vibrant deciduous maple, often described as a smaller, denser version of the popular 'Bloodgood' variety. Its deeply lobed leaves emerge in a brilliant red during spring, darkening to a rich burgundy in summer before transforming into fiery crimson shades in autumn. The dense, upright growth makes it an excellent choice for small gardens, containers, or as a feature tree in landscape designs.
Hardy and easy to maintain, Acer Palmatum 'Pixie' thrives in well-drained soil with protection from harsh afternoon sun and strong winds. Its striking foliage and elegant structure make it a favourite for Japanese gardens, courtyards, and urban plantings.
