Aloe Spinosissima is a compact and unique aloe known for its spiny, triangular leaves that form dense rosettes. The leaves are a grey-green colour, covered in sharp spines that give the plant a rugged, striking appearance. In the warmer months, it produces tall, cylindrical flower spikes adorned with tubular orange or red blooms that attract birds and pollinators. This aloe variety is perfect for creating an interesting focal point in dry, rock gardens, or for adding texture to succulent collections.
Aloe Spinosissima* thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, making it an excellent choice for low-maintenance, drought-tolerant landscapes. It is particularly suited for water-wise gardens and is highly resilient to dry conditions once established.
